On the final day of our trip, we took the Blackcomb chairlift back up for our final day of sightseeing.

This time we decided to take the bus and then the final lift up to see the skiers. The mountains block this area from receiving too much sunlight, and they're able to keep a t-line ski lift going all year long.

We're so cute!

We stopped for a hot chocolate and some soup (we were COLD) at the cafe, and saw the pig roasting. This is what you get if you do the Friday night barbeque.

And we took a few more pictures as we came back down the final chairlift.

Those hills are gorgeous!

I savored this last trip down while Oscar took more pretty pictures.

This is a bird's eye view of the cute Whistler village.

And finally we made it back to our beautiful hotel - Club Interwest.

That night we went to the "Bavaria" restaurant for an excellent fondue dinner.

Oscar really liked the Belgian chocolate fondue. I liked the chocolate, but I thought the meat and swiss fondues were really good too. They were both better than their "Melting Pot" equivalents.

It looks like it was a beautiful vacation. I was surprised by the year-round skiing.
